READY TO ROLL

Starting from a series of sketches, sisters Sarah & Katie soon put pen to paper and got the wheels in motion to begin their journey. They passionately considered every aspect of Dolci Fizz from the ground up. Including their custom bike, the bespoke bar with luxury pump system.

 

Custom built in England the Dolci Fizz cargo tricycle forms the solid base and foundation to the whole experience. Simple to ride and manoeuvre it’s a classic design from the days of traditional ice-cream bikes.
